Brockport sits about 12 minutes west of us on Route 31, which makes Chef's Event Center & Party House one of the closest full-service event venues to the village. For a canal town where a lot of celebrations end up in a fire hall, a tent in a backyard, or a drive into Rochester, that is a useful thing to know.

We are a private property, not a room for rent. Book a date and the whole place is yours: a remodeled banquet hall seating up to 325, a full-service bar, a multi-level deck, and 10 acres with formal gardens, a gazebo, and a pond. We only run one event at a time, so there is never another party on the other side of the wall.

Weddings

Brockport couples tend to want the ceremony and the reception in one place, and that is how most weddings here run. Vows outside by the gazebo, cocktail hour on the deck, dinner and dancing inside, no shuttle buses and no gap in the timeline. Graduations, Retirements, And Reunions

Brockport runs on a college calendar, and May and December fill up early with graduation parties, retirement dinners, and department celebrations. Family reunions land here in the summer, when the grounds do most of the entertaining. If you are planning around a commencement weekend, book further out than you think you need to, because those dates go first across the whole west side.

Take Route 31 east and you are at 1875 North Union Street, Spencerport, NY 14559 in about 12 minutes. Parking is free and on site, with room for a full guest list to arrive at once.
