Hilton is about 12 minutes north of us, and like a lot of small towns on the lake side of Monroe County, it does not have a large private venue of its own. That sends most celebrations either into somebody's backyard or all the way into Rochester. Chef's Event Center & Party House is the short drive in between: 10 private acres in Spencerport, a banquet hall seating up to 325, and one event booked at a time.

The Whole Property, Not A Room

When you reserve a date, you get exclusive use of everything. The hall with its three walls of windows and full dance floor, the full-service bar with professional bartenders, the multi-level deck, and the grounds: formal gardens, an elegant gazebo, and a pond. Ceremonies happen outside, cocktail hour moves to the deck, and dinner is inside, all without anyone getting back in a car.
