Our recently remodeled banquet hall seats up to 325, which puts us in a narrow group of Rochester area venues that can handle a genuinely large guest list without feeling like a conference center. Three walls of windows keep the room bright through dinner, and the dance floor is sized for a crowd that actually dances. Smaller weddings work here too, and we lay the room out so 120 guests feel like a full room rather than a half-empty one.

Ceremony, Cocktails, And Reception In One Place

Most of our couples do the entire day on the property. The ceremony happens outside near the gazebo or the gardens, cocktail hour moves to the deck, and dinner is inside. Nobody drives between venues, your photographer gets every backdrop within a short walk, and the timeline stops depending on Rochester traffic. If the weather turns, we move the ceremony indoors and reset the room while your guests are at cocktail hour. See the grounds.

The Food Comes From Our Own Kitchen

Catering is not a vendor you hire separately here. Chef's Catering is in-house, in this building, every week. You taste your menu with the people who will cook it, and your coordinator, your kitchen, and your service staff are the same team. Getting Here From Rochester

We are at 1875 North Union Street, Spencerport, NY 14559. From downtown Rochester it is a straight shot west, about 20 to 25 minutes depending on the hour. From Greece, Gates, Chili, and Churchville you are looking at roughly 15 minutes, and from Brockport or Hilton closer to 12. Parking is free, on site, and there is plenty of it, which is not a small thing when 300 people arrive within the same 20 minutes.

You also get the full-service bar with professional bartenders, exclusive use of the grounds, and a team that has done this in this building hundreds of times.
